Materials: relics of my own performances, sound system , video projector, carousel slide projector, 36 slides, 2 chairs, Spanish timbrado canary in a cage, plant, remote control airplane, sunflower seeds, Berlin Postcards of Brandenburger Tor, Siegesäule and Fernsehturm, eye patch, photo and video camera, white frame 50 x 50 cm., red circle label, dart, hour glass, pencil, masking tape.
Exclusiv is a Performance and multimedia installation made to be seen and experienced by only one person at the time.
This work deals with 2 spaces: outside the room -where the audience is waiting for entering- and inside the room - where I´m showing 5 minute pieces of work for one person at a time.
Every member of the audience sees a different work and becomes a mediator, transmitter and documentator of my work by explaining the others what they have seen and experienced.
Exclusiv is about showing and hiding at the same time. It plays with audience expectations and with the imaged actions, narrations, deformations, misunderstandings and intersubjective processes that appear in the oral transmission of a seen fact.
